·       We offer standard shipping for all orders made from vishiskuatelier Online Store.

·       Shipping is provided for all products.

·       Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holiday and National holidays.

·       International shipments are subject to our standard return policy.

·       We would like to mention that we do not offer refunds for products. Instead we are more than happy to offer you other products from our range.

·       Depending on the conditions you reimburse the product, we will decide to evaluate the replacement with another one.

·       We are not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers including but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labour disputes, air traffic control delay, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters. 

·       For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within same day  after order verification and credit approval.

·       All shipments are processed from London UK.

·       You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have been shipped.

·       All vishisku products can ship internationally.

·       Shipping rates and tax charges are varying to countries own rates.

·       VISHISKU ATELIER is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
